We had a large scan project that had to get done, but as with most organizations we had little to no spare time to actually do document preparation and scanning. We asked a business associate if they could recommend a company to help us. We were directed to call ScanSmart and it has proven to be one of the smartest decisions we have ever made.

We packed up 19 cartons of records, and with a quicker turnaround than promised, we received 1 DVD in return. That was such a positive experience that we sent another 15 cartons out to ScanSmart and received another DVD in short order. They destroy the records and the job is done with no downtime on our end, but with quicker access to scanned files. You can’t ask for more than that.
