ScanSmart partners with select businesses within the same industry that are looking to offer additional complementary services to their clients. Not every VAR of document management software comes across sufficient demand to support the size scanning operation that is required to reach economies of scale. In this way, ScanSmart is serving as the consolidated back office scanning and document conversion operation to many independent VARs.

There are two options for partnering: outsourcing and co-branding. Outsourcing is the most popular option with VARs simply reselling our conversion services. Co-branding provides a deeper level of partnership where we discuss customized marketing pieces and provide the VAR with sales support in the form of marketing collateral and content. In either case, an onsite meeting is recommended to develop an understanding of the level of service and quality provided at our facilities.
